Reception
Our RECEPTION HOURS are 8:00 – 13:00 (8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.).
If your arrival time is outside these hours, please let us know and
you will be given appropriate instructions.

Any special requests should be made by email.
Extra beds and canal view should be specifically booked by selecting the appropriate room type.
**The air conditioning is available from approximately early May to late October (depending on the weather).
For the rest of the year, since the systems are mutually exclusive, the heating is on.
Location
We are located in the quiet neighbourhood of Santa Croce, a 15 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station or Piazzale Roma (bus station), and a 5 minute walk from the Rialto bridge.
However, we strongly recommend that when you arrive you take a water bus, because it is easier to transport your luggage in this way.
On booking we will send you a detailed map with directions and water bus routes.
